Pack Installation Checklist

Use this every time, including “small” hat packs.

Requirements (before ensure)

Platform	FiveM Legacy vs FiveM Enhanced — read this first.
Build	sv_enforceGameBuild matches the pack’s stated minimum and still has YMT headroom. Game Build Table.
Artifact	FXServer new enough for that build (e.g. Kortz Center Heist / 3889 needed FXServer 35245+ on 20 Aug 2026 — VERSION DEPENDENT).
YMTs	Count before installing. Male and female are separate.
Policy	Manifests can require dependency '/policy:subdir_file_mapping' — official comment: clothing support (CONFIRMED, resource manifest). If clothes never stream, the license key may lack that policy. Cfx staff have told people to test with 10 or fewer slots — treat the exact number as VERSION DEPENDENT / COMMUNITY-REPORTED.
Escrow	Granted to the license-key owner. Entitlement Errors.
Enhanced	Alchemist on non-escrowed YDD/YTD. Escrowed files are skipped. Asset Escrow is not implemented yet (CONFIRMED).
Client	Clothing sync 256 and other patches need client and server. Players on ancient clients will not match.

Before

Read the pack’s platform

Record current and FXServer version

Record current sv_enforceGameBuild and FXServer version (version in console).

Count YMTs already on the server

Count YMTs already on the server (male / female / creaturemetadata).

Confirm remaining slots on the build table

Confirm remaining slots on the build table.

Confirm clothing-support policy on the key if the manifest requires

Backup and a copy of existing clothing resources

Backup server.cfg and a copy of existing clothing resources.
