Configuration

The settings are in config.lua. The first ones can also be set from server.cfg, without touching the file.

SettingDefaultWhat it doesIn server.cfg
Config.Language'en'The language of the designs' names, en, es, pt, fr or de, the same for every player. The console messages and /zaiderstattoos are in Spanish with es and in English otherwise. Another value uses en.setr zaiders_tattoos_language es
Config.SynctrueShows each player's tattoos to the others. With false, nobody else sees this pack's tattoos (the game doesn't send them), unless ZAIDERS Appearance syncs them. The console says so when the server starts with it off. See What other players see.setr zaiders_tattoos_sync 0
Config.SyncDistance120Meters around a player in which their tattoos are put on.setr zaiders_tattoos_distance 150
Config.SyncInterval1000Milliseconds between looks at the player's own tattoos (250 at least).setr zaiders_tattoos_interval 750
Config.HoldWhileMenustrueThe player's list isn't sent while they're in a menu (a screen with the mouse or a scripted camera, like tattoo shops trying designs on), 60 seconds at most. Other scripts can say it with exports.zaiders_tattoos:setBusy(true) and setBusy(false), which holds the list even with this setting false (also 60 seconds at most). While a ZAIDERS Appearance shop is open, the list always waits.—
Config.FixTattooSorttrueTurns on FiveM's fix for the game's broken tattoo sort (game_enableStableOverlaySort). The pack sets that replicated convar itself, the same as setr game_enableStableOverlaySort true in server.cfg. With false and without that line, the console recommends it.—
Config.DiagCommandfalseAdds /zaiderstattoos in the chat or F8. It shows who syncs (on, OFF (Config.Sync), idle without OneSync on, waiting right after ZAIDERS Appearance stopped, or done by ZAIDERS Appearance), how many tattoos your ped wears, how many you published and why your list is held, and for each player around: what they published, how far away they are and when their list was put on.—
Config.AutoInstallfalseInstalls the lists when the server starts, without typing zaiders_tattoos_install, in the tattoo scripts already started (ensure zaiders_tattoos after them). It takes effect from the next server restart.—
Config.EditOtherScriptsfalseAlso adds the line that script needs. Every Lua file it edits is compiled, never run, before it is saved. If the line can't be placed safely, the console prints it instead. Every file the installer changes keeps its original as <file>.zaiders_backup and the version it replaced last as <file>.zaiders_backup_last.—
Config.InstallCommandtrueThe zaiders_tattoos_install command in the server console.—
Config.ListsLanguage'en'The language of the names in the lists for other scripts: en or es (the folder of integrations/ the installer uses; anything else uses en).—
Config.Price200The price of each design in the lists for other scripts: the installer writes it when it installs them. After changing it (or Config.ListsLanguage), zaiders_tattoos_install force rewrites the installed lists. The lists for qb-tattooshop and xnTattoos carry it × 20, because they show and charge it divided by 20. A price of 0 is charged as 100 there: use 1 for almost free.—
Config.SetShopZonePricesfalseFor tattoo shops that charge per zone instead of per tattoo (dx_clothing): sets Config.Price in every zone. It writes the price of each ZONE_* in dx_clothing's config/languages/<language>.json files and needs add_filesystem_permission zaiders_tattoos write dx_clothing.—

Don't change Config.Collections or Config.Key: they are the pack's collection and the name its scripts use.

config.lua and the lists in integrations/ stay readable and editable with Cfx.re escrow (they are in the pack's escrow_ignore).

Prices

The price is set by your tattoo shop. In ZAIDERS Appearance, addon tattoos cost what their zone costs (Config.Tattoos.addonPrice), and the panel changes each zone's price and each tattoo's. In other scripts, the lists come with Config.Price.
